Inspiration for PFCA came to Drs. Charles and Patsy Brown while watching their own children benefit the local community from a private school upbringing. After seeing a need in Ouachita Parish for faith based guidance toward students PFCA was founded based on the bible verse Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
