Dr. Patsy, is a retired speech and hearing therapist from the East Baton Rouge School System with 20 years of experience. She is also a certified teacher. She was in business for over 12 years, as a private Medicaid Case Management Provider in the areas of mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse.
